The Compliance Push Report provides a quick snapshot of hand hygiene performance directly from Vitalacy. Reports are delivered by email and link to the Vitalacy web application, allowing authorized users to securely view the most up-to-date data from any desktop or mobile device.

Depending on your role, the information available in your report may vary.

Important: You must have logged into the Vitalacy web application at least once before you can access your Compliance Push Report. If you have not yet logged in, please do so prior to opening your report.

Facility Admin Report

Facility Admins have access to organization-wide hand hygiene performance and can review compliance across all departments within their facility.

Facility Administrators can:

• View overall facility compliance
• Review department-level performance
• Identify compliance trends across the organization
• Access reports from desktop or mobile devices
• Export reports to PDF when needed

Viewing Your Report

1. Open the Compliance Push Report email.
2. Select View Report.
3. Sign in to the Vitalacy web application if prompted.
4. Review your facility-wide compliance data.

Department Administrator

Department Administrators receive reports focused on the departments they have permission to view.

Department Administrators can:

• View department-specific compliance
• Monitor team performance
• Track trends over time
• Export reports to PDF to share with your team
