Self-Service Invitation Flow
To get started, your account must be created by your manager or facility admin and be granted site access. Contact your manager for account creation. Once these conditions are met and your manager or admin completes your account creation, the Vitalacy system will automatically send a Welcome Email.
The Welcome Email includes a link to the login page. From there, you will need to enter your facility email address.
Once you enter your facility email address, you will receive a Invitation Email.
Clicking on the “Set up account” button will open a new page and redirects you to complete the Password Creation page.
If your password meets all of the requirements, you will be able to login and have access to your hand hygiene performance data.
Requesting a New Invitation Email
If you are unable to complete the setup process within 24 hours of receiving the invitation email, you will see an error message indicating that the link has expired. From there, you can also easily request a new invitation by entering your email address again.
Once you enter your email address, you will be sent an Invitation Email.
Clicking on the “Set up account” button will open a new page and redirects you to complete the steps listed above.
