The Dispenser Activity Report is a valuable tool for administrators seeking insights into the activity of dispenser sensors and equipment performance. This report provides data on where dispensers are being used the most, the use of soap or sanitizer, and potential issues with dispensers themselves. By analyzing this information, administrators can be proactive in maintaining dispenser sensors to ensure they up to date and running.
Navigating to the Report
- Access the Main Menu: Click the three lines located to the left of "Performance Overview."
- Select "Dispenser Activity": From the expanded menu, choose "Dispenser Activity" under the "Reports" section.
Understanding the Report
Once you've accessed the Dispenser Activity Report, you can customize the data displayed by following these steps:

Select Your Unit: In the first dropdown on the left, choose the specific unit you want to analyze.

Choose a Date Range: Use the dropdown on the right to select the desired timeframe for data collection.

Unit Map: After setting your preferences, the report will display the Unit Map with data for individual dispenser activity and accompanying statistics in the panel on the left.
The map visually represents the locations of dispensers within your unit. Each dispenser will show activity data, such as the number of uses and whether soap or sanitizer was dispensed.

Activity Level vs. Dispenser Type: After selecting your preference, the Unit Map will change based on your selection. Choosing 'Activity Level' will display your dispenser based on how frequently they are used. Choosing 'Dispenser Type' will display your dispensers based on whether they are sanitizer or soap dispensers.

Activity Level Filter: This filter allows you to see the frequency of use for each of your dispensers throughout a unit. 'High' indicates a high traffic area, whereas 'Low' indicates that maybe that area of the unit doesn't get visited as much.
- Statistics Panel: This panel provides a summary of the selected data, including:

- Total dispenser uses
- Percentage of uses with soap
- Percentage of uses with sanitizer
- Average uses per dispenser
Customizing the View
To sort the data in a way that best suits your needs, you can click on any of the categories within the statistics panel. This will allow you to view the dispensers ranked by total uses, percentage of soap/sanitizer use, or other relevant metrics.
