Cleaning Instructions:

1. No Need to Power Off: Your Vitalacy SmartBadge is designed to remain operational during cleaning.
2. Wipe Down the Surface:
   • Using Isopropyl Alcohol: Lightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution. Gently wipe all external surfaces of your SmartBadge. Avoid getting excessive moisture into any openings.
   • Using Mild Soap and Water: Lightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with a very diluted solution of mild hand soap and water. Wring out any excess liquid to ensure the cloth is damp, not wet. Gently wipe all external surfaces of your SmartBadge.
3. Pay Attention to All Surfaces: Gently wipe all external surfaces of the SmartBadge to remove any residue.
4. Dry Thoroughly: After cleaning with either method, use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth to thoroughly dry your SmartBadge before continued use.
5. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, abrasive cleaners, or submerge your SmartBadge in any liquid. These can damage the device.
6. Frequency: The frequency of cleaning will depend on usage. We recommend cleaning your SmartBadge at least once a day or more frequently as needed, especially if it comes into contact with potentially contaminated surfaces.
