If you have a lost or damaged wristband, please first contact your unit manager or your HR department, as they may have extras for replacement purposes.
If you are required to fulfill the replacement yourself, please Submit a Request at the top of the FAQ pages or click on the Help button on the bottom right of any screen within the Vitalacy web app, or send an email to help@vitalacy.com.
The cost of the replacement is based on your organization's contract and your employment agreement. Please contact your organization's administration for further details.
